The eagerly-anticipated spring 2026 runway season is shaping up to be a stunning reveal. With more than a dozen freshly-minted creative directors debuting collections this September, we’re predicting a season rife with inspiration. However, a major style story is happening outside of the shows, too. In London, attendees hit the streets in fun, effortless ensembles, serving up plenty of wearable inspiration you can recreate at home, right now.

Early-September in-between weather offers plenty of opportunity for experimenting. Showgoers elevated transitional wardrobe staples, like lightweight outerwear, trousers, and midi skirts, with strategic styling and a wink of individuality—nodding to the personality-driven collections that defined the fall/winter 2025 fashion. Classic shapes gained fresh appeal through prints, considered accessories, and even a bit of sparkle.
This season’s best street style brought a sense of levity, without feeling over-the-top. We’ll show you how it’s done in our styling guide, below.
